Lessons From The Zoo

I found this great article about "training" your spouse today. The point I find interesting for cognitive behavioral psychology, and Glasser's Choice Theory especially, is that she quit nagging and starting praising! This is good advice for all of us. She still hasn't learned that she really can't "control" her husband, but at least she's learned that nagging is definitely not the way to get it done! It reminds me of Glasser's Seven Habits.
